Picturesque small town with glamor
Tranquil Deidesheim is a 600-year-old wine town on the German Wine Route, on the edge of the Mittelhaardt. It is considered the Riesling town of the Wine Route.
With its narrow cobbled streets, picturesque castle garden, historic market square and 15th century parish church, it enchants its visitors.

In your shoes, get set and go!
The well-developed routes around Deidesheim are great for pedaling. The mild climate spoils you with an extended cycling and hiking season from the first days of spring until late in the fall.
As far as the eye can see, the unique vineyard landscape and the Palatinate Forest offer cyclists sporting challenges for a wide range of abilities. And of course special places to stop for refreshments in huts or wine taverns.
