Sushi Chef (m/f/d) for our restaurant Sushi B.
Full-time
Your role and your sphere of influence:
- Preparation and presentation of our high-quality sushi products
- Daily mise en place
- Receipt, inspection & professional storage of goods and foodstuffs
- You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen in close cooperation with our Sushi Chef
- Collegial and professional cooperation with our service team
- Quality assurance and control of our high-quality products with regard to our standards and all hygiene standards according to HACCP
