They are jointly responsible for the organization of their post and the preparation of meals
You provide support in the à la carte and banquet areas
Daily mise en place
proper and professional handling of all kitchen appliances and machines
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area
You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen in collegial and professional cooperation with our service team
Quality assurance and control of our high-quality products with regard to our standards and all hygiene standards according to HACCP
