You can expect varied tasks in a modern working environment in cooperation with our building services team!

Carrying out inspections, maintenance and repairs
Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, fittings and heating/air conditioning systems
You take care of minor cases of damage or repair work in the guest rooms and public areas directly and carry them out independently
In the event of major damage/repairs, you organize a quick remedy and monitor the deployment of specialist companies/cooperation partners
They ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards
You ensure the implementation of quality standards in the company

You have completed vocational training in the fields of plumbing, gas and water installation or have comparable qualifications
You have professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel industry (knowledge of the facilities)
Have very good knowledge of occupational safety guidelines/specifications
You have an organized and structured way of working
you have a very good command of German
you have good IT knowledge of the common IT programs (Outlook, Office…)
you have a class B driving license
