You can expect varied tasks in a modern working environment in cooperation with our building services team!

You maintain, repair and keep our hotel and catering technology systems and equipment in good working order
You are responsible for the smooth running of all technical areas, the functioning of safety and fire protection equipment and compliance with all operating and occupational safety regulations
You carry out regular inspection tours
You take care of error analyses and their rectification
You take care of minor cases of damage or repair work in the guest rooms, public areas and outdoor facilities directly and carry them out independently
In the event of major damage/repairs, you organize a quick remedy and monitor the deployment of specialist companies/cooperation partners
They ensure that all statutory periodic inspections are carried out on time and that any defects identified are rectified
You take care of the pool technology, lighting & safety systems
You support the event team with technical support at events, conferences and setting up the technical systems
You create the necessary documentation and reports

You have completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical fitter or electrical technician
You are a skilled all-rounder with technical understanding and have already gained experience in building services / facility management
you have knowledge of the relevant laws and applicable regulations
you work absolutely reliably and independently
You have a high level of self-motivation, commitment and social skills
you have good IT knowledge of the common IT programs (Outlook, Office…)
you have a class B driving license
you have a very good command of German
