Your role and your sphere of influence:
For our event locations in the Ketschauer Hof Hotel & Restaurant GmbH, we are looking for a full-time Event Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
- You coordinate and plan the booked events, conferences and weddings
- Administrative and operational support
- You look after the guests during all preparations and on the day of the event itself
- You ensure that the events run smoothly in collegial and professional cooperation with our service team

You will fit in with us if:
- You have completed training (preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry) and/or have initial experience in the event sector of our industry
- you have a hands-on mentality
- You are an organizational talent and have a positive, optimistic nature
- You are empathetic and have a passion for events and weddings
- you have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Word
