Breakfast chef (m/f/d) for our restaurant RIVA
Full-time
Your role and your sphere of influence:
- you take care of the preparation, supervision and follow-up of the hotel breakfast
- you prepare all dishes à la carte including various egg dishes and dishes according to individual customer requirements
- you are responsible for coordinating the à la carte breakfast at breakfast times
- you constantly ensure that the dishes are supplemented and varied
- you are responsible for quality assurance and control with regard to all hygiene standards according to HACCP
