Demichef de Partie (m/f/d) for our restaurant RIVA

Your role and your sphere of influence:
- You are jointly responsible for the organization of your post and the preparation of the food
- You provide support in the à la carte and banquet areas
- Daily mise en place
- proper and professional handling of all kitchen appliances and machines
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area
- You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen in collegial and professional cooperation with our service team
- Quality assurance and control of our high-quality products with regard to our standards and all hygiene standards according to HACCP
